How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    The Opportunity

KRG are working with an ambitious, growing agency specialising in premium and luxury brands as they look to hire a Senior Social Media Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced social specialist to take genuine ownership of the social offering across a portfolio of luxury household-name brands, across hospitality, automotive, fitness, fashion and more, combining strategic thinking, creative direction and team leadership.

You'll be joining a team where social is a key part of the wider proposition, with the opportunity to shape how the agency approaches social, influence the work being delivered and help evolve the offering as the agency continues to grow.

The role would suit someone who is equally comfortable building a social strategy, presenting to senior clients, leading a team and working closely with production and creative specialists to bring ideas to life.

    The Role

As Senior Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the social strategy and delivery across a portfolio of high-profile luxury accounts - with a key focus on a tier one account.

They work across all key social channels for their clients with a focus on Meta, TikTok and YouTube, working closely with the agency's production team to develop and deliver creative content.

    Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of social media strategies across a portfolio of household-name luxury brands.
Take ownership of social across Meta, TikTok and YouTube for clients, ensuring strategies are tailored to each platform.
Build strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a strategic social lead.
Translate brand objectives, audience insight, cultural trends and platform developments into clear social strategies.
Own social content planning and oversee the delivery of content from brief through to publication.
Work closely with the agency's production team to develop social-first content, from initial concepts through to final delivery.
Provide a strong creative and strategic point of view, ensuring content is distinctive, platform-native and aligned with premium brand positioning.
Stay ahead of emerging trends, formats, creators and platform developments, identifying opportunities for clients to participate in culture.
Use social data, analytics and audience insight to evaluate performance and continually improve the strategy.
Manage social reporting and present meaningful insights and recommendations to clients.
Have direct line management responsibility of a Senior Social Media Executive, supporting the development and progression of junior members of the social team.
Help evolve the agency's social proposition, processes and best practice, taking genuine ownership of how the offering develops.

    About You

We're looking for an experienced Social Manager or Senior Social Manager who has a strong understanding of agency life and working with luxury brands.

    Requirements:

Agency side experience working across luxury brands.
Proven experience developing and leading social strategies for luxury/ premium brands.
Automotive experience would be highly beneficial, particularly experience working with premium or luxury automotive brands.
Strong expertise across Meta, TikTok and YouTube, with an understanding of how to create platform-specific strategies and content.
Experience managing and developing junior team members through direct line management.

    Why Join?

This is an opportunity to join an agency working with household-name brands, where social is increasingly central to the wider proposition.

    You'll have the chance to:

Own and shape the agency's social offering, rather than simply managing an existing process.
Work across a portfolio of high-profile luxury brands.
Take strategic ownership of social across Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
Work alongside an established production team to create genuinely exciting social-first content.
Have direct influence over the quality and direction of the agency's social output.
Lead and develop a team as the social offering continues to grow.
Work closely with the founder and have real visibility across the agency.
Develop your career within an ambitious, growing agency environment.

    Benefits Include

Hybrid working in London - good transport connections.
Salary up to £55,000 with an additional performance-based bonus. There are transparent KPIs which contribute to this bonus so you have visibility over how to achieve this.
25 days holiday + birthday off + monthly ½ day to take for personal life stuff!
