Shift Details & Core Hours:

Banding: Band 5
*
Duration: ASAP start for a 6-week continuous assignment
*
Core Hours: Long Days (07:00am – 19:30pm)
*
Working Days: Predominantly Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts required to meet clinical demands.
Key Responsibilities:
*
Provide exceptional, evidence-based clinical care across Medical, Surgical, and Escalation environments.
*
Assess patient needs, implement comprehensive care plans, and safely administer medications.
*
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure rapid, safe patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
*
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and escalate deteriorating patients efficiently.
Essential Requirements:
*
Active NMC Registration (Nursing and Midwifery Council Pin).
*
Proven UK clinical experience working as a Band 5 RGN within a hospital ward setting (Medical, Surgical, or Acute).
*
Up-to-date mandatory training, immunisations, and a valid Enhanced DBS.
*
Ability to hit the ground running in a busy, escalating clinical environment.
