Advanced Clinical Requirements:
Due to the autonomous nature of this role, candidates must supply clear evidence of the following clinical competencies prior to departmental review:

Complex Wound Management: Advanced Wound Care/Dressings, Compression Bandaging (Please state your trained system upon applying), Doppler assessments.
*
Catheter Care: Male and Suprapubic (SP) Catheterisation.
*
Specialist Interventions: Phlebotomy, Plurex Drains, Rocket Drains, PICC Line flushing, Chemo disconnect, DRE.
*
Palliative & Medication Management: Comprehensive Palliative support and assessments, Palliative Stat doses, Insulin Management, Subcut and IM Medication Management.
Essential Criteria:
*
NMC Registered General Nurse (Band 6 level experience).
*
Proficient in EMIS Web and EMIS Mobile systems.
*
Must be a driver with business use insurance to travel efficiently across Haslemere, Guildford, Milford, and surrounding areas.
*
Active NHS email account.
