We are looking for an experienced GRP / Fibreglass Laminator to join an established manufacturing team based near Horsham, West Sussex.
This is a hands-on production role working with fibreglass, plastic resins and composite materials to manufacture high-quality industrial products.
The role will include:
* Hands-on GRP / fibreglass lamination
* Applying resins, fibreglass mats, lacquers and waxes to moulds
* Mixing resins, catalysts, fillers and other materials
* Working from drawings, templates and specifications
* Checking finished components for dimensions, defects and overall quality
* Operating equipment used in the curing and production process
We are looking for someone with around 3+ years' relevant lamination experience, ideally within GRP, fibreglass, composites, plastic fabrication, process vessels or a similar manufacturing environment.
You should be comfortable working independently and as part of a production team, with a good understanding of quality and health & safety.
Pay: £14–£16 per hour, depending on experience.
Location: Near Horsham, West Sussex.
