Quantity Surveyor

A London-based Construction Consultancy with an established history within the commercial sector, are looking to add a Director level Quantity Surveyor to their close-knit team.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working within a small team of experienced Quantity Surveyors who provide a first-class service on an array of commercial fit out and refurbishment projects, with a sprinkling of new build residential too.

The senior management team are looking for a client facing, commercially aware Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable generating future business and being involved in business development activities.

The Quantity Surveyor

MRICS is useful, but not essential
London commercial project sector experience
Associate / Director level experience within a PQS / Consultancy practice
Excellent communication skills and comfortable in client facing situations
Technically astute, pre and post contract knowledge
Business development experienceIn Return?

£90,000 - £110,000
Route to becoming a Partner in the next 1-2 years
