Senior Quantity Surveyor

An ambitious, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are looking to add a Senior Quantity Surveyor to their newly open, London office near Chancery Lane.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

Working alongside an Associate Quantity Surveyor, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be leading a mixture of high-end, luxury residential projects with a sprinkling of leisure, commercial, and education schemes on top.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will also undertake a client facing role, and be comfortable dealing with any day-to-day technical queries.

MRICS is ideal
Residential and/or commercial project experience
PQS / Consultancy background
Project to Senior level Quantity Surveying experience in the UK
Comfortable leading projects from inception to completion
