How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Develop AI-focused search strategies, including entity optimisation, LLM visibility and generative search opportunities.
Present strategic recommendations and performance insights directly to clients.
Manage and mentor up to three team members.
Collaborate with international teams to deliver high-quality SEO campaigns.
Help shape and evolve the agency's SEO and GEO offering.

4+ years' SEO experience, ideally within a digital agency.
Strong technical and strategic SEO expertise.
Experience using Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio and leading SEO tools.
Confidence presenting strategies and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
    Excellent communication and leadership skills.
A genuine passion for AI, Generative Engine Optimisation and the future of organic search.Experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical or other regulated sectors would be beneficial but isn't essential.

    Why Join?

Work at the forefront of AI-driven SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation.
Manage high-profile international brands across the healthcare and technology sectors.
Hybrid working (2 days in the London office).
Opportunity to work abroad for up to four weeks each year after probation.
    Annual bonus scheme.
25 days holiday plus a half day on your birthday.
    Pension scheme.
    MacBook provided.
Regular training, career development and social events.
Join an innovative, collaborative agency that's redefining the future of search.
If you're looking to take the next step in your SEO career and work on cutting-edge organic search strategies, we'd love to hear from you
