How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Account Manager – Packaging & Creative Production
    £40,000–£50,000 + package | West Kent | Office-based

    Quinn Quest Talent is delighted to be supporting a growing creative production business specialising in bespoke packaging, print and PR experiences for leading consumer and beauty brands.

    We're looking for an experienced Account Manager / Project Manager with a strong understanding of packaging and print production to join the team.
    This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working where creativity, technical production and commercial delivery come together.

    The Account Manager opportunity:
    You'll manage projects from initial client brief through to final delivery, working closely with clients, designers, suppliers and production teams.
    You'll be responsible for:

    * Managing multiple packaging and creative production projects from brief to completion

    * Developing bespoke packaging and production solutions

    * Translating creative concepts into commercially viable, manufacturable products

    * Preparing and managing quotations, specifications, budgets and project timelines

    * Coordinating artwork, prototypes, sampling and production

    * Managing relationships with clients, suppliers and manufacturing partners

    * Working closely with production teams to resolve technical challenges

    * Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality

    * Keeping clients informed throughout the project lifecycle

    * Identifying opportunities to improve processes, costs and project delivery

    * Projects can include rigid paper-over-board, corrugated packaging, specialist print and premium finishing, including die-cutting, foiling, spot UV and other bespoke techniques.

    About You
    We're looking for an Account Manager with experience in packaging, print, creative production or a closely related environment.
    You'll ideally have:

    * Proven experience in Account Management, Project Management or Client Services

    * Strong technical understanding of print and packaging production

    * Knowledge of materials, substrates and finishing processes

    * Experience managing quotations, costs, suppliers and project schedules

    * Excellent client-facing and relationship-building skills

    * Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines

    * A commercially aware and solutions-focused approach

    * The confidence to work between creative, commercial and production teams

    * Experience within beauty, luxury, FMCG, premium packaging or PR/brand marketing would be highly advantageous.

    We're particularly interested in people who can look at an ambitious creative concept and think:
    "How can we make that happen?"

    The Opportunity
    This isn't a traditional packaging account management role. You'll be working on creative, bespoke and often highly visual projects, where the packaging itself is an important part of the brand experience.
    It's an opportunity to join a growing business where you'll have genuine ownership of projects and the opportunity to work with exciting brands and creative concepts.

    Pay and Benefits

    * Starting salary of £35,000–£50,000, dependent on experience.

    * Company bonus scheme.

    * Company mobile phone and laptop.

    * Private Medical Insurance following successful completion of a three-month probationary period.

    Interested?
    If you have the technical packaging/print knowledge, commercial awareness and client management experience we're looking for, I'd love to hear from you.
