We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable fleet bodyshop in Bromley, for the position of Panel Beater / Paint Sprayer. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional seeking a stable and rewarding career in a well-established workshop environment.
The role of Panel Beater / Paint Sprayer in Bromley offers the chance to work within a professional team dedicated to delivering high-quality vehicle repairs for a busy fleet. The successful Panel Beater / Paint Sprayer will be fully competent in both panel beating and spray painting duties, with an emphasis on efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards.

* Competitive daily rate of £180 - £200, subject to a pay review after three months
* Overtime available at enhanced rates of x1.00, with occasional bonuses for extra hours
* Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, with optional Saturday work

Duties:
* Completing repairs as a qualified Panel Beater, ensuring high-quality finish and customer satisfaction
* Performing spray painting duties as a skilled Paint Sprayer, meeting precise client specifications
* Working efficiently to achieve daily targets and manage workshop productivity
* Adhering to health and safety regulations within the workshop environment
* Communicating effectively with team members and management
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Requirements for the Panel Beater / Paint Sprayer position:
* Proven experience as a Panel Beater and/or Paint Sprayer within the motor trade
* Relevant technical qualifications and certifications
* Strong attention to detail and professional attitude
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Reliable, punctual, and a team player with excellent communication skills
