We are looking for a friendly, switched-on Customer Service Advisor to join a successful and well-established local business in Bishop’s Stortford.
You do not need extensive technical support experience for this role. If you have good customer service experience, enjoy helping people and are naturally interested in technology, gadgets or figuring out how things work, we would love to hear from you.
Full product and technical training will be provided.
What will you be doing?
* Answering calls from customers and resellers
* Listening to customers and helping identify and resolve initial product issues
* Learning the product so you can provide the customer with assistance with any technical faults
* Arranging collections and deliveries when required
* Accurately updating customer and product information
* Working closely with the wider customer service, field sales and technical team
What are we looking for?
You could already have experience in customer service, a contact centre, retail, mobile phones, electronics, technical products or a similar customer-facing environment.
More importantly, you will be:
* Confident and friendly speaking to customers over the telephone
* Naturally interested in technology and keen to learn
* Patient and good at asking the right questions
* Comfortable learning new systems and product information
* Accurate with data entry and administration
* A genuine team player with a good sense of humour
* Reliable, organised and able to use your own initiative
