We are looking for a skilled, motivated and reliable Vehicle Technician who takes pride in their work and is looking to join a professional workshop environment with excellent training and genuine opportunities for progression.

* Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:30 (NO WEEKENDS)
* Basic salary of £40,000 DOE, with realist OTE of £50,000

Vehicle Technician Key Responsibilities
* Service, maintain and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards
* Diagnose faults using the latest diagnostic equipment
* Complete major repairs such as gearbox and engine removal, timing belts, suspension work etc
* Complete Electronic Vehicle Health Checks
* Identify and report additional work required
* Carry out vehicle inspections and road tests where required
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and efficiency
* Work closely with the wider Aftersales team
* Support apprentices and junior technicians where appropriate
* Keep up to date with manufacturer training and technical developments
Vehicle Technician Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
* Previous dealership or manufacturer experience preferred
* Diagnostic and fault-finding skills
* Strong mechanical repair skills (experience with major repairs)
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A positive, professional and hardworking approach
