HOURS: 08:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday
SALARY: upto £35,000 dependent on experience, plus benefits

We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Procurement and Stock Administrator with a strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory control within a manufacturing environment within Compdoor, part of the Eurocell group of companies, Newcastle Under Lyme.

This is a pivotal role ensuring stock availability to support uninterrupted production operations through effective planning, forecasting, and supplier management. You will demonstrate a proactive, forward-thinking approach with strong problem-solving capabilities, enabling potential supply chain or stock issues to be identified and resolved before impacting production schedules.

Experience in purchase order management, stock reconciliation, inventory reporting, and maintaining strong supplier relationships to support operational efficiency and business objectives is essential for this role.

WHAT OUR PROCUREMENT STOCK ADMINISTRATORS DO:

Managing daily End-to-end procurement processes to ensure production lines are not impacted
Build a strong Supplier relationship to limit product shortages
Ensure all Stock control and inventory is accounted for daily and reported to the wider team
Forecast and forward plan with suppliers and production team
Liaise with the production team and wider business to ensure all production is known
WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR PROCUREMENT STOCK ADMINISTRATORS:

Previous supply chain or procurement knowledge and experience
Strong Problem solving and decision making attitude
Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
Confident in Reporting and data analysis
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
