We are recruiting on behalf of a secondary school in Greenwich seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher for an immediate start.
This is a full-time temporary position, offering the opportunity to join a supportive English department and make an immediate impact on student progress and achievement.
The Role
Teaching English Language and Literature across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
Supporting students of varying abilities to achieve their full potential
Monitoring and assessing student progress in line with school policies
Contributing positively to the wider school community
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching English within a secondary school setting
Strong classroom management skills
A passion for English and raising attainment
Ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues
