I'm working with one of London's most exciting creative businesses to find a brilliant Workplace Concierge to join their brand-new flagship HQ.
This is so much more than a traditional reception role. You'll be part of a newly created Workplace team responsible for making sure every employee, client and visitor has an exceptional experience – think boutique hotel or members' club service within a seriously impressive creative office environment.
You'll be the kind of person who notices the little things before anyone else does. Whether you're welcoming a senior client, preparing for an important pitch, helping coordinate an event, getting a meeting room absolutely perfect or spotting something around the building that needs fixing – you'll take ownership and make it happen.

🎓 You're a graduate or equivalent looking to build a long-term career within a brilliant creative business
⭐ You already have some strong customer-facing experience – perhaps from premium hospitality, hotels, members' clubs, events, luxury retail, coworking or Front of House
🚀 Your CV demonstrates commitment and progression – you're someone who sticks at things, takes responsibility and wants to develop
✨ You're naturally polished, warm, confident and brilliant with people
👀 You have exceptional attention to detail and notice things other people miss
🙌 You're proactive – you don't wait to be asked when you can see something needs doing
💡 You're comfortable taking ownership, solving problems and using your initiative
⚡ You love being busy, on your feet and part of an energetic, sociable team
You don't need years and years of corporate experience. Attitude, calibre and potential are hugely important, but we're looking for someone who can demonstrate genuine commitment and has already built a strong foundation through work, university or both.
