Leaders.inc is growing, and we’re looking for a highly organised Membership Operations Assistant to work closely with our Operations Manager. This role will suit someone who enjoys making things happen and takes pride in getting the details right.
This is a hands-on role supporting:
• Member communications and onboarding
• Leadership group meetings
• Learning Mornings and member events
• Venues, speakers and event logistics
• Membership records and systems
• General operational projects
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Exceptionally organised and reliable
• Warm, approachable and confident with people
• Accurate, discreet and trustworthy
• Calm when managing multiple deadlines
• Confident using digital systems and spreadsheets
• Proactive and able to anticipate what needs doing next
