Role Summary:
Join our Early Talent Recruitment team in a key role within Experience and Assessment, helping to create an outstanding candidate journey from application through to start date. As Assessment Experience Co-ordinator, you will bring our Graduate, Internship and Apprentice interviews to life—co-ordinating every detail of first- and final-stage interviews, warmly welcoming candidates, guiding them through their schedules, and ensuring assessors and guest speakers have everything they need for each session to run seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Coordinator Responsibilities
• Scheduling and coordinating first and final-stage interviews, managing all logistics to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers.
• Managing interview scheduling platforms and tools, including sending invitations, confirmations, and joining instructions to all parties.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for candidate queries throughout the interview process, providing timely and professional support.
• Developing and preparing all interviewer briefing materials, candidate guides, and interview packs ahead of each session.
• Co-ordinating interviewers and panel members, keeping to strict timelines and ensuring all participants have the information they need.
• Collating interview outcomes and feedback and sharing results with the relevant recruitment and hiring teams.
• Maintaining database accuracy, ensuring 100% accuracy of candidate records, scheduling data, and reporting throughout the interview process.
• Managing and triaging the recruitment inbox, responding promptly to candidate and interviewer queries and processing any schedule adjustments or reasonable adjustments.
• Rescheduling interviews as required and proactively managing interviewer availability to minimise disruption to the recruitment timeline.
Other Candidate Management responsibilities
• Making job offers and issuing contracts.
• Managing candidate communications and queries.
• Keeping up to date with business updates, as well as external changes which may impact recruitment e.g. Visas, GDPR.
• Managing our online digital chat platform – connecting candidates with the business on topics such as diversity, networking, technology.
• Attending recruitment and networking events.
Communication and Working Relationships
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Responding to candidate queries quickly and professionally.
Required Skills
• Good understanding of excel and powerpoint.
• Good understanding of the early talent recruitment market.
• Understanding of factors which influence recruitment processes e.g. GDPR, adjustments.
• A strong problem solver.
• Ability to be resourceful and think creatively.
• Ability to pick up new information and technologies quickly.
• Ability to work with changing demands.
