Fund Finance Associate | British Virgin Islands
We are working on an excellent opportunity with a leading offshore law firm in the BVI, who are looking to add an Associate with experience in fund finance to their team.
The role will involve working on a broad range of sophisticated fund finance matters, advising leading international financial institutions, private equity sponsors, fund managers and institutional clients.
This is a great opportunity to join a highly regarded offshore practice, working on high-quality international matters and developing your expertise within a specialist and growing area of the market.
We are looking for:
✔️ An Associate with strong fund finance experience
✔️ Experience working on secured lending transactions
✔️ Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
✔️ Experience with complex, cross-border matters
✔️ Training at a leading international or offshore firm preferred
