How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone with a strong eye for design who can bring the Bridgman brand to life across every customer touchpoint; from catalogues and campaigns to ecommerce, email, social media and our showrooms.

    The Role

As Brand Creative Designer, you'll be responsible for the visual execution and consistency of the Bridgman brand across both print and digital channels.

You'll take projects from initial brief and concept through to final delivery, creating high-quality, commercially effective work that feels unmistakably Bridgman.

Working closely with the Marketing team and wider business, you'll support product launches, seasonal campaigns and key brand projects, while continually looking for opportunities to strengthen and evolve our visual identity.

You'll also play an important role in photoshoots and creative direction, helping to ensure our products are presented beautifully and consistently across every channel.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Design and produce high-quality print and digital creative across the Bridgman brand.
    • Create catalogues, brochures, POS, leaflets, direct mail and showroom materials.
    • Design creative for our website, ecommerce, email campaigns, paid media and social channels.
    • Create engaging visual content for social media, website, email and wider digital campaigns.
    • Take creative projects from initial brief and concept through to final delivery.
    • Help maintain, develop and evolve Bridgman's visual identity and brand guidelines.
    • Ensure consistency across typography, imagery, layouts, colour, styling and overall brand presentation.
    • Develop creative concepts for product launches, seasonal campaigns and wider brand activity.
    • Support the planning and creative direction of photoshoots, including mood boards, styling, props and shot lists.
    • Work closely with the ecommerce and wider Marketing team to deliver website imagery, graphics and content updates.
    • Produce illustration, video and other visual content where required.
    • Create and maintain templates and creative assets to improve consistency and efficiency across the business.
    • Organise and maintain the company's brand and creative asset library.
    • Use AI-powered creative tools to support image editing, visualisation, content creation and more efficient creative workflows.
    • Keep up to date with design trends, creative technology and developments across the interiors, retail and luxury sectors.
    • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a consistently high standard of creative output.

    What We're Looking For

    Essential

    • At least 5 years' experience in a brand, graphic or multidisciplinary design role.
    • A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent brand, print and digital design.
    • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
    • Strong experience designing across both print and digital channels.
    • Experience creating assets for ecommerce and websites.
    • A strong understanding of brand identity and visual consistency.
    • Excellent typography, layout and artworking skills.
    • A strong eye for styling, imagery and visual storytelling.
    • Experience taking creative projects from initial concept through to final delivery.
    • Experience using AI-powered creative tools to support creative workflows and image creation/editing.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
    • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the confidence to bring forward new ideas and recommendations.
    • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with the wider team.
    • Able to work full-time from our Enfield Head Office.

    Desirable

    • Experience within the furniture, interiors, home, retail or luxury sectors.
    • Experience supporting or art-directing product and lifestyle photoshoots.
    • Experience with Rhino 7 and/or SketchUp.
    • Video editing, illustration or 3D visualisation skills.
    • Experience working with premium or luxury consumer brands.

    What Success Looks Like

You'll help ensure that wherever a customer encounters Bridgman; online, in a catalogue, through an email, on social media or in one of our showrooms, the brand feels consistent, premium and recognisably Bridgman.

You'll combine strong creative thinking with excellent execution, while understanding that great design shouldn't just look beautiful. It should communicate our products effectively, engage our customers and support commercial performance.

    Why Bridgman?
