How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Merchandiser – Lingerie, Nightwear & Swimwear

Join a leading, much-loved UK fashion retailer with over 55 years of experience, a strong digital presence and more than 300 stores nationwide. Known for making fashion accessible, fun and customer-focused, the brand is continuing to evolve its offering while creating an inclusive and supportive environment for its people.

As a merchandiser, you’ll take ownership of the commercial performance of your departments, driving sales and profitability through effective range, stock and intake planning. Working closely with buying and wider teams, you’ll help shape ranges, manage critical paths, monitor competitor activity and ensure the right product is available at the right time, across stores and online.

We’re looking for a commercially focused merchandiser with strong analytical and forecasting skills and a solid understanding of stock, margin, pricing and profitability. You’ll be confident using Excel and data to identify trends, solve problems and make commercially sound recommendations. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, alongside the ability to influence buying decisions, manage priorities and lead and develop a team.

You’ll also have access to external retail and lifestyle discounts, alongside a strong focus on learning, development, inclusion and flexible working. This role is hybrid; four days in the office and Fridays from home.
