How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Every experience is a brand experience. And we’re looking for someone who gets that. ⚡

We're currently partnering with Monster Energy on the search for an Event Experience Coordinator, to help make sure their sports and events deliver the kind of experiences people remember. 🏁

This is a fast-moving, hands-on coordination role. You’ll be the organisational powerhouse behind the team - keeping projects moving, managing the detail and jumping in wherever needed to make sure everything comes together. 💥

    WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING 🏆

    • Supporting the planning and delivery of Monster’s sports and events.
    • Keeping project plans, timelines and team activity on track. 📋
    • Coordinating travel, hotels, transfers and itineraries for guests and hosts. ✈️
    • Supporting staff, guests and partners onsite at events. 🎟️
    • Managing the Event Experience Portal and helping improve the way it works.
    • Supporting budgets, contracts, payments, suppliers and procurement. 💼
    • Coordinating meetings, calls and internal project activity.
    • Managing partner and guest gifting. 🎁
    • Building strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. 🤝
    • Providing hands-on support when things don’t go to plan — including out of hours when needed.
    • Travelling to events to support onsite execution. 🌍

    WHAT YOU’LL BRING 💪

    • Strong administration, organisation and IT skills.
    • Experience in events, hospitality, PA/EA or project coordination.
    • Confidence managing travel, schedules, logistics and multiple priorities.
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. 🤝
    • A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach.
    • Comfortable coordinating people, suppliers and stakeholders.
    • Experience supporting budgets and project administration.
    • Flexible and happy to travel and provide onsite event support. 🌍
    • An international driving licence and confidence driving abroad.

    READY TO BLEED GREEN? 💚

If you’re a natural organiser who thrives on making things happen and wants to be part of a team creating experiences that turn fans into fans of the brand, this could be the one for you.
