How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Education

    No minimum education required

    Job description

Group Merchandiser – Fashion (Juicy Couture, Hunter, Juicy Couture, Fila, Hoodrich)

London with fortnightly travel to our Watford office

    Permanent | £40,000 – £48,000 | Start: ASAP

You'll know which drop lands before it lands.

Great streetwear isn't luck. It's the right product, in the right depth, at the right moment. Behind every sell-out launch is someone who read the trend early, backed it with the numbers, and made the buy work.

    That's the job.

We are recruiting for a business group behind globally recognised brands, and looking for a Merchandiser to own the commercial engine behind our ranges. You'll shape what we buy, how much of it, when it lands, and what we do when the market moves. Analysis, instinct and influence in equal measure.

If you've ever looked at a sell-through report and known exactly what the business should do next, we want to hear from you.

    What you'll own

    Trading and analysis

    • Weekly, quarterly and seasonal trade and inventory performance reports that turn data into decisions
    • Post-event and promotion analysis: what worked, what didn't, what we do differently
    • Seasonal product reviews covering the hits, the misses and the openings for next season
    • Monthly website analysis with clear corrective recommendations
    • Competitive analysis to sharpen product, pricing and promotional strategy

    Planning and buying

    • Forecast seasonal trends and feed those insights straight to the design team
    • Build assortment plans against Open-To-Buy parameters, including core and carryover lines
    • Prepare product selections and place orders in line with OTB and launch objectives
    • Present seasonal buy reviews: buys against OTB, range plans, and where the gaps are

    Launch and inventory

    • Work with marketing on launch plans and product packs for site uploads
    • Coordinate with operations on delivery schedules so drops hit on time
    • Evaluate in-season buy adjustments based on live performance
    • Oversee e-commerce allocations and plan replenishments to keep stock working hard
    • Report monthly on inventory progression and cover against target
    • Strategise promotions and markdowns that hit both revenue and inventory goals

    What you'll bring

    • 4+ years in merchandising, inventory management or retail analytics
    • Strong analytical skills and confident Excel (or equivalent)
    • Shopify experience is a real advantage
    • A genuine passion for streetwear and where the culture is heading
