How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Swedish-Speaking Customer Care Advisor

    Location: Canary Wharf, London

    Job Type: Full Time

    Hours:  Monday to Friday, 8.00am-4.30pm.

    Salary: £28,000 per annum

Language Requirement: Fluent Swedish and English

We are recruiting a Swedish-Speaking Customer Care Advisor to join an established multilingual customer service team based in Canary Wharf, supporting consumers of a major international food and nutrition brand.

This is a customer-focused role where you will act as the first point of contact for Swedish-speaking consumers, handling product enquiries and complaints across a range of communication channels.

    The Role

Working alongside experienced customer care, quality and product specialists, your responsibilities will include:

Responding to consumer enquiries and complaints in Swedish.
Providing a friendly, professional and empathetic service.
Taking ownership of each enquiry through to resolution.
Providing information relating to food and nutrition products.
Accurately recording customer information and maintaining high data-quality standards.
Working to agreed customer satisfaction, productivity and call-quality targets.
Following established procedures and quality processes.

    The Ideal Candidate

    You will need:

Fluent Swedish - written and spoken.
    Excellent written and spoken English.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A caring and empathetic approach when dealing with consumers.
Good IT and typing skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Flexibility regarding working hours.
Previous customer service or customer care experience would be advantageous, particularly within food, nutrition or consumer products. Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce would also be useful.

Contracted operational coverage can extend between 8.00am and 8.00pm, Monday to Sunday, so flexibility to cover occasional evenings or weekends may be required according to business needs.

    Training & Development

Full training will be provided, including systems, customer care procedures, product knowledge, data protection and ongoing soft-skills training.

The company actively encourages development and progression, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and progress into more senior positions over time.

To apply for this opportunity, please submit your latest CV and we will be in touch in due course. Alternatively, please contact Alan, Nikola or Anita for further information
