We are recruiting a Swedish-Speaking Customer Care Advisor to join an established multilingual customer service team based in Canary Wharf, supporting consumers of a major international food and nutrition brand.
This is a customer-focused role where you will act as the first point of contact for Swedish-speaking consumers, handling product enquiries and complaints across a range of communication channels.
The Role
Working alongside experienced customer care, quality and product specialists, your responsibilities will include:
Responding to consumer enquiries and complaints in Swedish.
Providing a friendly, professional and empathetic service.
Taking ownership of each enquiry through to resolution.
Providing information relating to food and nutrition products.
Accurately recording customer information and maintaining high data-quality standards.
Working to agreed customer satisfaction, productivity and call-quality targets.
Following established procedures and quality processes.
The Ideal Candidate
You will need:
Fluent Swedish - written and spoken.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A caring and empathetic approach when dealing with consumers.
Good IT and typing skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility regarding working hours.
Previous customer service or customer care experience would be advantageous, particularly within food, nutrition or consumer products. Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce would also be useful.
Contracted operational coverage can extend between 8.00am and 8.00pm, Monday to Sunday, so flexibility to cover occasional evenings or weekends may be required according to business needs.
Training & Development
Full training will be provided, including systems, customer care procedures, product knowledge, data protection and ongoing soft-skills training.
