I have long term contract opportunities available for Property Inspectors (Mechanical) in Aberdeen.
This position will be working on domestic properties delivering repairs and maintenance. The successful candidates will be required to carry out site inspections. Maintain statutory and mandatory records, issue instruction to contractors, assist in managing contractor performance.
These opportunities would be well suited to either candidates who have worked within a property inspector position before or those who are well experienced within mechanical (Plumber, Heating Engineer, Pipe fitter).
Qualifications
SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
Driving license
