We're HSB Technical — a small, specialist recruitment business supporting clients across the maritime, engineering, shipping, energy, and fire and security sectors.
 
We're growing and looking for the right person to join our team as a Recruitment Resourcer.
 
We're not interested in being the biggest agency in the room. We're interested in being the best.

Long-term relationships over quick wins The role will involve finding and speaking with candidates, understanding what they are looking for, matching them with suitable opportunities and supporting our recruitment consultants. You will play an important part in delivering a great service to our candidates and clients while helping HSB Technical continue to grow.
 
Recruitment experience? Great.
 
No recruitment experience? That's okay too.
 
If you're confident, organised, naturally good with people and willing to learn, we can teach you the rest.
