This role is within the not-for-profit sector for a housing association, located in Redruth.
Description
Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, addressing queries and concerns.
Coordinate communication between project teams and external parties.
Organise and attend meetings to provide updates on construction progress.
Ensure stakeholders are informed about project timelines and developments.
Work closely with the construction team to address any issues that arise.
Maintain accurate records of communications and project updates.
Support the team in delivering projects in line with agreed objectives.
Promote positive relationships between all parties involved in the project.Profile
A successful CLO should have:
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Experience in stakeholder engagement, particularly in construction projects.
Knowledge of the not-for-profit sector and its unique challenges.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Job Offer
Hourly rate between £19.00 and £22.00, dependent on the level of experience.
