How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Head Of Influencer - Fast-growing cosmetics brand

    Salary - Upto £65k

    Location - Manchester

Zachary Daniels are partnered with a fast-growing British beauty brand with a strong reputation for combining professional-quality products with accessible, trend-led beauty.

    The Role:

As Head of Influencer & Partnerships, you'll decide where the investment goes, what success looks like and how each part of the ecosystem works together. You'll have the autonomy to build the function, shape the team beneath you and establish the partnerships, processes and measurement needed to take it to the next level.

    Key Responsibilities:

Own the overarching influencer and partnerships strategy, bringing together creators, affiliates, ambassadors, gifting and brand partnerships under one clear vision.

Establish the operating framework for each channel, defining its role, objectives, economics and measures of success.

Own and strategically allocate the £1m annual budget, ensuring investment is commercially justified and aligned to business priorities.

Build the team, processes and external network required to scale the function.

Own the end-to-end creator strategy, from identifying and negotiating with talent through to briefing, delivery, usage rights and performance analysis.

Build genuine, long-term relationships with creators, talent, agents and agencies.

Own the TikTok Shop affiliate and creator programme end-to-end, at significant scale.

Identify and develop commercially valuable brand-to-brand partnerships.

Evaluate potential partners based on audience, brand fit, commercial opportunity and value exchange.

    About You:

Significant senior-level experience leading influencer, creator and partnership programmes for a consumer brand.

Proven experience owning strategy and substantial budgets.

A track record of developing and negotiating brand-to-brand commercial partnerships.

An established network of creators, talent, agents and agencies that you have built yourself.

Demonstrable experience with TikTok Shop and creator commerce, including the operational and commercial side.

Strong knowledge of YouTube, podcast and long-form creator partnerships, including how they are bought, priced and measured.

A strong creative instinct and the ability to turn strategy into clear, effective briefs.

    Why Apply:

Join a fast-growing British beauty brand with a strong reputation in lashes, brows and eye beauty.

Work within a social-first beauty environment where influencer, creator and community marketing are central to growth.

Opportunity to build and evolve the influencer and partnerships function, rather than simply managing an established programme.

Work across exciting channels including TikTok Shop, Instagram, YouTube, podcasts and long-form creator content.

Develop high-profile beauty, creator and brand-to-brand partnerships with significant creative and commercial impact.
