About the Role
As a Primary Teacher in Havering, you will take ownership of your classroom, delivering engaging lessons that inspire pupils and support their academic and personal development.
You'll be part of a collaborative team, creating a positive environment where children feel confident, supported and motivated to achieve their best.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
Adapt teaching to meet individual pupils' needs.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Monitor and assess pupil progress.
Maintain high standards of behaviour and learning.
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
Encourage independence and a love of learning.
Contribute to the wider school community.Candidate Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Previous primary teaching experience.
Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Positive, enthusiastic and adaptable approach.
Commitment to pupil progress and wellbeing.
