How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    DX is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager to lead key M&A integration and transformation projects across the group.

    The successful candidate will be comfortable travelling to sites, working across multiple functions and leading complex change with confidence, structure and clear communication.

    Role purpose

    The Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of integration activity for newly acquired businesses and strategic partnerships. The role will ensure each transition is delivered smoothly into DX’s operating model, with clear governance, minimal disruption to customers and colleagues, and measurable delivery of agreed value, benefits and strategic outcomes.

    Key responsibilities

    ·Develop and manage detailed integration plans for newly acquired businesses and partnerships, including milestones, dependencies, risk management, resources and financial deliverables.

    ·Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Compliance, Commercial and Customer teams to ensure an aligned approach and timelydelivery.

    ·Act as the central governance lead for integration activity, reporting progress, risks, decisions and escalations to senior stakeholders.

    ·Translate acquisition objectives into practical integration activities, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s strategy, operating model and value creation plan.

    ·Support due diligence and pre-completion planning where required, helping to identify integration requirements, risks, costs and synergy opportunities.

    ·Lead post-completion mobilisation, ensuring Day 1 readiness, continuity of service and effective handover from deal teams to operational teams.

    ·Identify process, system, data, people and cultural integration requirements, working with functional leads to agree and deliver appropriate solutions.

    ·Manage integration risks and issues proactively, ensuring mitigation plans are in place and blockers are escalated promptly.

    ·Track integration benefits, synergy realisation, cost impacts and key performance indicators, providing clear reporting to leadership.

    ·Support change management and communications activity to help colleagues in acquired businesses understand changes, timelines and expectations.

    ·Capture lessons learned and contribute to the development of reusable integration playbooks, templates, checklists and governance standards for future acquisitions.

    Skills and experience

    ·Proven experience leading integration and business change activity, with a strong record of delivering agreed outcomes.

    ·At least five years’ project or programme management experience, ideally across integration, business transformation, operational change, site relocation or system implementation projects.

    ·Experience within logisticsor supply chain environments would be advantageous.

    ·Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.

    ·Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, functional teams, vendors and newly acquired business leadership.

    ·Strong planning, governance, reporting and risk management capability.

    ·Commercial awareness and financial literacy, including the ability to understand business cases, P&L statements, benefits, costs and synergy targets.

    ·Experience coordinating technology, process, data, people and operating model change would be advantageous.

    ·Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce executive-level progress updates and decision papers.

    ·Confident problem-solver with a practical, delivery-focused approach and the ability to work at pace in ambiguous environments.

    ·Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Microsoft Project, Monday. com, Jira, or similar.

    ·Project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, AgilePM or equivalent experience is desirable.
