How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Project Manager - Separation, Divestment & M&A -

    šŸ“ London / Belfast (Hybrid) - 6 Month Contract - Inside IR35

    Our client a leading global organisation undergoing a major business transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to help deliver a high-profile separation and transformation initiative.

    This is an excellent opportunity to join a complex, business critical programme focused on organisational change, business separation and strategic transformation. You'll work with senior stakeholders across multiple functions, helping to drive delivery and ensure key milestones are achieved.

    What You'll Be Doing

    Leading projects within a large-scale transformation and separation programme
    Managing project plans, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies
    Coordinating stakeholders across Technology, Finance, HR, Legal and Operations
    Driving programme governance, reporting and executive communications
    Managing third-party suppliers and delivery partners
    Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards What We're Looking For

    Proven experience delivering complex transformation or business change projects
    Strong project planning, governance and stakeholder management skills
    Experience working across multiple business functions within large organisations
    Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
    PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent project management certification

    Highly Desirable

    M&A, separation, divestment or carve-out programme experience
    Experience supporting joint ventures or organisational restructuring initiatives
    Knowledge of TSA management, Day 1 readiness or operating model separation activities
