We are working with a leading Repairs & Maintenance Contractor in the Social Housing sector to recruit an experienced Plumber to join a newly created Support Team.

The team has been established to provide additional support across several high-priority contracts throughout London and the South East. As part of this team, you will work across multiple contracts and locations, providing plumbing support where required.

This is a varied role suited to an experienced Plumber who is happy travelling between different locations and adapting to the needs of each contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out reactive and planned plumbing repairs across residential and communal properties
Provide plumbing support across multiple social housing contracts
Respond to high-priority repairs and assist contracts where additional support is required
Diagnose plumbing faults and carry out appropriate repairs
Complete a range of plumbing and maintenance works to a high standard
Work efficiently while maintaining health & safety and compliance requirements
Complete jobs within required timescales and aim for first-time fixes where possible
Provide a professional and respectful service to residents
Accurately update job details using PDA/job scheduling systems
Work flexibly across different contracts and locations as required
Be willing to travel throughout London and the South East

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Plumber, ideally within social housing or repairs & maintenance
Strong knowledge of general plumbing repairs and maintenance
Experience working in occupied residential properties
Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Professional manner with good communication and customer service skills
Full UK driving licence
Comfortable travelling between different contracts and locations
Flexible approach to working across multiple sites
