A well-established and highly regarded law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its friendly team based in Stalybridge. The successful candidate will be confident handling all aspects of residential conveyancing and managing their own caseload from instruction through to completion. You'll deal with a varied mix of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build matters and Land Registry applications, while providing an outstanding service to clients throughout the transaction.

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or an experienced Fee Earner with a proven background in residential conveyancing. You'll be organised, commercially aware and able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
