We’re currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy and growing cosmetics manufacturing company in Brandon.
This is a great opportunity to get into manufacturing or build on your existing production experience, with consistent hours and a great work-life balance.
Working Hours
Monday – Thursday
18:00 – 06:00
That means you’ll have every Friday, Saturday and Sunday off.
What will you be doing?
Your day-to-day duties will include:
Operating production and packing machinery
Filling, labelling and packaging cosmetic products
Carrying out quality checks
Supporting general production and packing duties
Keeping the production area clean, tidy and organised
Following all health, safety and hygiene procedures
What are we looking for?
You don't necessarily need previous manufacturing experience, as full training can be provided.
We're looking for people who are:
Reliable and punctual
Hardworking with a positive attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Able to follow instructions and procedures
Have good attention to detail
Happy working as part of a team
Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse or packing experience would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
