We're working with a well-established engineering company based in Rugby that's known for delivering high-value, technically challenging CNC solutions. Supplying components to sectors including Aerospace, Automotive, Oil & Gas and more, they're now investing in growth and innovation — and looking for an experienced Lead Hand CNC Milling Programmer to join the team.
 
What you'll be doing:

Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines
Lead hand duties to include; Liaising with Shop Floor manager, Task allocation, Material Coordination, Process optimization, trouble shooting.
Using both online and offline programming methods
Working on a DMU 80 machining centre
Interpreting technical drawings and working independently
Using Fanuc to ensure precision and quality What we're looking for:

A technically skilled CNC professional with strong experience in milling
Minimum 10 years' Engineering experience
Online programming - Follow and change programs
Confident with Fanuc programming and modern machining techniques
Self-motivated, organised, and detail-focused
Excellent communication and team skills Why this role?
