Echo House is a market leader in creative production, delivering exceptional design, fabrication, and experiential brand activations for high-end international clients. We’re looking for skilled Freelance Bench Joiners to support our busy fabrication team on a project basis.
The Role
We’re seeking a talented and detail driven Bench Joiner to craft high-quality bespoke builds, including retail window displays, pop-ups, and brand activations. You’ll work collaboratively with our Technical Design and Fabrication teams, bringing concepts to life with precision and craftsmanship.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Building bespoke displays, set pieces, and retail installations
* Interpreting and working from technical drawings
* Working with a wide range of materials (timber, MDF, laminates, acrylic, metals)
* Collaborating closely with designers and fabricators to ensure quality execution
What We’re Looking For
* NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry/Joinery (or equivalent experience)
* Strong bench joinery and cabinet-making skills
* Excellent knowledge of tools and workshop machinery
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High attention to detail and craftsmanship standards
* Experience within creative production / retail / exhibitions (desirable)
* Flexible and reliable, with a positive, proactive attitude
