Senior Administrator

NES Fircroft is looking for an experienced Senior Administrator to join our client's busy Digital department based at the Cargo Fleet Offices in Middlesbrough.

This is an initial 3 month temporary contract with potential for long-term or permanent work. 37.5hrs per week, Monday - Friday. 

The main priority will be to support the overall running of the Digital team where you will be required to assist the team in operating an efficient and effective department with minimal supervision.

Core responsibilities will include:
Managing the administration of a 16m annual Digital/ICT spend across the UK, Nordic and Ireland territory.
Managing the daily throughput of invoices, queries, and subcontract in Business Central (ERP)
Management of subcontractors orders and payment process.
Keeping accurate records of financial activity
Management of client / project cost charging and recovery for Digital/ICT spend
Management of the timesheet process for the Digital team.
Support the business Systems manager and Digital leadership team in annual budget and forecasting. 
Support the proposals team in actuate ICT/Digital costs forecast in contract bids.
Managing vendor/payment dispute process
Building and maintaining close working relationship with he Purchasing, AP and Group ICT teams.
Supporting the budget/Finance of acquisitions and mergers.
General administration duties as requiredExperience Required:
Previous senior administration experience essential
Strong experience in managing the financial throughput of a department
Strong people management skills
Strong IT skills
Excellent written & oral communication skills
Experience of working respectfully throughout all levels across the business
Discretion and used to working confidentiality on sensitive projects
ACA or working towards ACA or equivalent desired by not essential
