How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Marketing & Design Executive
    Langley, Berkshire | Full-time | Office-based
Are you a talented Graphic Designer with a strong marketing mindset who enjoys getting stuck into a wide variety of creative projects?
An ambitious and growing UK product-led brand is looking for a Marketing & Design Executive to join its in-house team and take ownership of a broad range of creative and marketing activity.
This is a genuinely hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality work across print, digital, website content, product communications, point-of-sale and advertising.
    The Role
Working closely with management, sales and product teams, you’ll help ensure the brand is presented consistently, professionally and creatively across every customer touchpoint.
No two days will be the same. You could be:

Designing a brochure or promotional campaign
Creating artwork for billboards and outdoor advertising
Producing digital assets for websites, email campaigns and online advertising
Updating product ranges and content on the website
Creating technical specification sheets and product literature
Preparing artwork for print and external suppliers
Supporting new product and range launches
    Editing and preparing product photography
Creating sales presentations and marketing materials
Supporting exhibitions, showroom events and customer activity
Working with external agencies, photographers, printers and suppliers You’ll have genuine ownership of the day-to-day creative output and the opportunity to make a visible impact on how the brand develops and grows.
    About You
We’re looking for someone who combines strong graphic design skills with excellent organisation, attention to detail and commercial awareness.
    You’ll ideally have:

Strong graphic design skills and an impressive portfolio
Excellent knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
    Experience producing print-ready artwork
Experience managing and updating website content
Experience creating brochures, catalogues or technical/product literature
Good knowledge of image editing and preparation for web and print
Exceptional attention to detail, particularly with product codes, measurements and technical information
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
Excellent written English and communication skills
The ability to work independently and take projects from brief through to completion Experience within an in-house design/marketing team, creative agency or product-led business would be beneficial.

    What’s On Offer
This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious, growing business with a strong focus on product design, innovation and colour.
You’ll have the opportunity to become an important part of the in-house team, with genuine ownership and visibility across the business.
Rather than being restricted to one area of marketing, you’ll work across the full creative spectrum — from new product launches and technical literature to brochures, websites and national advertising campaigns.
If you’re a creative, commercially minded designer who enjoys variety, works quickly and accurately, and takes real pride in how a brand looks and communicates, we’d love to hear from you
