How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Graduate SEN TA - Didcot, Oxfordshire

    £90-£105 per day | ASAP Start | Full-Time | Long-Term

    Are you a recent graduate passionate about supporting children and interested in a career within education or SEN? A friendly and inclusive primary school in Didcot is looking for an enthusiastic Graduate SEN TA to join their team.

    This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate SEN TA to gain valuable classroom experience, support pupils with additional needs and develop practical skills that will benefit a future career in education, psychology or SEN.

    The Role

    As a Graduate SEN TA, you will:

    Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with additional needs.
    Assist teachers with lessons, activities and targeted interventions.
    Help pupils develop confidence, independence and positive behaviour.
    Encourage engagement and participation in classroom learning.
    Build trusting and supportive relationships with pupils.
    Work closely with teachers, SEN staff and other professionals.

    About You

    The ideal Graduate SEN TA will have:

    A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology or a related subject.
    A genuine interest in supporting children with SEN.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    A patient, positive and adaptable approach.
