How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Change Consultant - Major Transformation

    £45,000 - £50,000

    Initial 6-month FTC

    West Midlands / Hybrid

How do you make sure thousands of employees are genuinely ready for a major organisational change - rather than simply being told that it is happening?

We are recruiting a Change Advisor to join a large transformation programme entering several important implementation phases.

Working as part of an established change function, you will help turn existing change plans into practical activity across a large and complex organisation.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with stakeholders, understanding how change will affect different groups and helping people prepare for new processes, responsibilities and ways of working.

    The Role:

You will work closely with the change teams, programme teams, communications specialists and learning colleagues to support process changes and successful technology adoption.

    Your work will include:

    Delivering business-readiness and stakeholder-engagement activity
Working with employee groups to understand concerns and barriers to change
Translating change plans into practical actions for different stakeholder communities
Facilitating workshops, reference groups and engagement sessions
Supporting managers to prepare their teams for change
Developing stakeholder action plans and following them through to delivery
Helping employees understand what is changing and what they will need to do differently
    Supporting communication and guidance content
    Coordinating implementation and go-live support
Identifying resistance and helping develop practical interventions
Supporting the adoption and embedding of new processes and ways of working

    Who we're looking for

You don't need to have led a major transformation programme.

We're looking for someone who has already started building a career in organisational or business change and wants exposure to a large, complex implementation environment.

    You are likely to bring:

Experience in organisational change, business change or transformation
    Strong stakeholder-management skills
Experience supporting adoption, readiness or implementation activity
Confidence facilitating workshops or stakeholder sessions
    Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience working with different employee or user communities
An understanding of how change affects people, behaviours and ways of working
The ability to work within an established change approach and programme structure
A collaborative and practical approach to delivery

    Why join?

The scale of the programme makes this an excellent opportunity for someone developing their change career.

You will gain practical experience of supporting a complex organisation through significant organisational change while working alongside an established multidisciplinary programme team.

You'll gain exposure to stakeholder engagement, business readiness, communications, learning, implementation and go-live activity, giving you a broad view of how major organisational change is delivered.

The role is initially offered as a six-month fixed-term contract, with potential to continue into later programme phases.

You should expect to spend approximately three days per week on site in Leeds, particularly where workshops, stakeholder engagement and implementation activity require face-to-face involvement.
