This is a physically demanding role involving manual labour and assisting with the movement and assembly of timber roof trusses inside the warehouse.
Duties will include:
* Moving timber roof trusses around the warehouse
* Assisting with building and assembling trusses
* Regularly lifting materials weighing up to 30kg
* Using basic hand tools where required
* Following workplace health and safety procedures
* Keeping the working area clean and organised
The successful candidate must:
* Be physically fit and comfortable lifting up to 30kg
* Be reliable, punctual and hardworking
* Be comfortable completing manual work throughout the shift
* Be able to drive or have reliable transport to Sudbury
* Be available to start work with Driver Hire Colchester
Previous warehouse, construction, carpentry or manual labour experience would be beneficial, although full training will be provided.
