How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Description

    Provide first-line and second-line support for Coins and cloud applications.
    Manage system updates, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
    Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
    Monitor system performance and recommend improvements as needed.
    Assist in the implementation of new features and functionalities within the applications.
    Document and maintain records of support activities and solutions.
    Train and support end-users to maximise system utilisation.
    Work closely with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business needs.Profile

    The successful applicant will be a proactive and customer-focused individual with a passion for technology and process improvement. You will enjoy problem-solving, building relationships with stakeholders, and finding practical solutions to business challenges.

    You will have:

    Experience in an Application Support, Service Desk, Systems Administration, or Business Systems Support role.
    Experience supporting ERP systems or other business-critical applications.
    Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes.
    Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
    Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
    A high level of attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
    Experience working collaboratively with business users, technical teams, and third-party suppliers.
    A continuous improvement mindset and enthusiasm for driving positive change.
    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.Desirable skills include:

    Experience supporting COINS ERP or similar enterprise platforms.
    Knowledge of user access management, integrations, upgrades, and ERP administration.
    Experience using SysAid, JIRA, or comparable IT service management tools.Job Offer

    Salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
    A car allowance of £5,700
