An excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join a major client direct organisation in Loughton.
This is a permanent in-house position offering a 35-hour working week, excellent overall package, extensive technical training and long-term career progression. The role is ideally suited to an electrically biased engineer, although mechanically biased engineers with good M&E building services experience will also be considered.
What You'll Be Doing
*
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance across M&E building services
*
Responding to reactive faults and breakdowns
*
Electrical fault finding and general electrical maintenance
*
Supporting mechanical building services maintenance
*
Working across lighting, power, plant and associated building systems
*
Carrying out routine plant room inspections
*
Supporting HVAC and mechanical equipment
*
Identifying faults and completing remedial works
*
Liaising with specialist contractors where required
*
Completing maintenance records and job updates
*
Participating in an occasional callout rota
*
Working as part of an established in-house engineering team
What We're Looking For
*
Electrical bias ideally, although mechanically biased engineers will be considered
*
Relevant Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services qualification
*
Commercial M&E facilities maintenance experience
*
Good practical fault finding ability
*
Keen to undertake further technical training
