How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Your new company
You'll be joining a successful and expanding financial planning business based in Wythenshawe. The company offers a welcoming, supportive environment where employees are encouraged to develop their knowledge within financial services.

    Your new role
As Client Care Support, you'll play a key role in ensuring clients receive a professional and efficient service throughout their journey. You'll be responsible for arranging client meetings, managing incoming enquiries and acting as a central point of contact between clients, advisers and external providers.

A key part of the position will involve processing and monitoring Letters of Authority, requesting information from pension providers and financial institutions, tracking outstanding requests and ensuring all documentation is obtained promptly to support adviser recommendations.

You'll also maintain accurate client records, manage shared inboxes, process correspondence, keep stakeholders updated on progress and provide general administrative support to the wider team, helping to ensure a smooth and compliant client experience from start to finish.

    What you'll need to succeed
We're looking for someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service and takes pride in putting clients first. You'll have previous experience working in a professional office environment, where you've built strong relationships with customers over the telephone and provided a high standard of support.

You will be organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll be liaising with clients, providers and colleagues on a daily basis.

Experience within a professional services environment, such as financial services, legal, insurance, wealth management or accountancy, would be highly advantageous, although candidates with a strong customer-focused administrative background will also be considered.
You will also need to be able to commute to the office in Wythenshawe 5 days a week.

    Key skills required:
Customer-focused approach with a genuine commitment to service
    Confident and professional telephone manner
Experience working within an office-based environment
    Strong administrative and organisational skills
    Excellent written and verbal communication
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload
    Professional services experience desirable

    What you'll get in return
You'll receive a competitive salary of £27,000 - £28,000 alongside a holiday allowance plus your birthday off, pension, free on-site parking, training and development opportunities and more.
