The Role
* Managing the delivery of electrical installations on residential/commercial apartment schemes
* Overseeing site managers, supervisors and subcontractors across projects
* Programming, resourcing and cost control to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget
* Liaising with clients, main contractors and the wider project team
* Ensuring works are completed safely, to a high standard, and in line with specification
* Managing site documentation, progress reporting and quality control
* Supporting the development of site management teams below you
Requirements
* Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager
* Experience working on residential or commercial apartment schemes
* Strong knowledge of electrical installation processes, programming and site management
* SMSTS and relevant electrical qualifications (18th Edition essential)
* Strong leadership, communication and commercial awareness
* Full UK driving licence
