We are looking for a Production Operative to join our environmentally focused client near Bourton. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be part of a production team that helps to reduce waste and give recycled materials a new purpose.
You will be responsible for:
Sorting and processing materials
Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
Monitoring production quality and reporting any issues
Keeping the production area clean, organised and safe
Working as part of a friendly and supportive teamTo be successful you will need to be:
Physically fit as this job will require you to lift heavy materials at times
Reliable and hardworking
Be willing to learn new processes and operate machinery
