What's the role about?
You'll be at the heart of the customer journey, balancing customer service with proactive account development.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular outbound account management calls to an established customer base.
Follow up promotional activity and encourage repeat business from existing customers.
Process sales orders accurately through the ERP system.
Respond professionally to incoming customer enquiries and order requests.
Support field sales representatives with appointment booking, quotes and customer updates.
Contact prospective customers to introduce the business and distribute product catalogues.
Maintain accurate customer records and support wider sales administration activities.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maximise customer retention and revenue opportunities. Requirements
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in internal sales, customer service, account management.
Confident and engaging on the telephone.
Commercially minded with a natural ability to build rapport.
Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
A strong communicator with a friendly and professional approach.
Comfortable working within a busy office-based environment.
