Commercial Electrician – Progression to Supervisor
Key details: Manchester & Surrounding Areas | PAYE | £21 per hour | £31.50 per hour overtime | £54k Average Earnings including paid travel time and price work based bonus'
Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:00–16:00 Friday: Early finish

This is a great opportunity to join a well established electrical contractor with 500+ employees, where progression is clearly laid out and bonus' are there to maximize performance. 

⭐ Bonus structure: 
If a team is targeted to complete 100 hours of work but completes it in 80, the additional 20 hours are paid at the normal rate. As you progress into a lead/supervisory position, you'll also receive a percentage of this, under the management bonus scheme. 
There's also the option to put additional earnings towards extra holiday or time off in lieu.

They're looking for a strong Commercial Electrician to join the team, prove themselves on the tools and gradually take on more responsibility. Any experience leading a team is hugely beneficial. 
The long-term plan is to develop the right person through:
Commercial Electrician → Lead Electrician → Site Supervisor

Required:
Containment is a big part of the work, so experience with conduit, basket, cable tray and ladder rack is important. Also the JIB Gold card & A full drivers license is essential.
Most importantly, they're looking for someone with the personality, technical ability and ambition to become a future Lead Electrician and Site Supervisor.
