The Role
Interaction Recruitment are currently looking for a reliable Labourer / Warehouse Operative to join a busy sheet-metal manufacturing company based in Crewkerne.
This is a hands-on role working within a manufacturing environment, supporting the production and warehouse teams with a variety of general duties.
Working Hours & Breaks
Monday – Thursday: 08:00–17:00
10:30–10:45 – 15-minute paid break
13:00–13:30 – 30-minute unpaid break
Friday: 08:00–13:00
10:30–10:45 – 15-minute paid break
Duties May Include
General labouring duties within the manufacturing environment
Supporting the warehouse and production teams
Moving and handling materials
Loading and unloading materials where required
Preparing materials for production
Assisting with the manufacture of sheet-metal products
Keeping the warehouse and work areas clean and organised
Following Health & Safety procedures
Carrying out other general duties as required
The Ideal Candidate
Previous warehouse, labouring or manufacturing experience is beneficial
Physically fit and comfortable with a hands-on role
Reliable and hardworking
Good attention to detail
Willing to learn new skills
Able to work as part of a team
Good Health & Safety awareness
Previous experience within a manufacturing environment would be an advantage
