Job Summary
Pyramid are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer for a site in , the centre of Oxford. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the daily operations of our site. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. The Labourer will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
* Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
* Operate basic hand tools and power tools as required.
* Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
* Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed.
* Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential.
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
* Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
* Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required
