About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 HGV Driver to join a growing team based in Kidderminster.
You will be responsible for delivering stainless steel long products and pallets to customers nationwide. The role involves regular delivery runs, giving you the opportunity to become familiar with your routes and customers.
There may be occasional nights out depending on the delivery schedule.
Key Responsibilities

Driving a 26-tonne DAF flatbed vehicle
*
Making nationwide deliveries of stainless steel products and pallets
*
Completing regular delivery runs
*
Loading, securing and transporting products safely
*
Ensuring loads are properly secured in line with legal requirements
*
Completing delivery paperwork accurately
*
Carrying out daily vehicle checks
*
Maintaining a professional approach with customers
*
Following all company and road safety procedures
About You
*
Valid Class 2 (C) HGV licence
*
CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
*
Previous Class 2 driving experience
*
Experience with flatbed vehicles would be advantageous
*
Experience transporting steel, stainless steel or long products desirable
*
Good knowledge of UK roads
*
Strong commitment to health & safety
*
Reliable, professional and customer-focused
*
Comfortable with occasional nights out
