How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Contract / Fixed Term Opportunity
Our client, a highly respected professional services organisation, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a complex Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Technology Resilience programme. The role will coordinate executive stakeholders, technology and operational teams, risk and compliance functions, and third-party suppliers to deliver stronger organisational resilience and operational continuity.
    Key Responsibilities:
    Programme Leadership
    * Lead the delivery of a complex, multi-workstream Business Continuity and Technology Resilience programme, owning integrated plans, roadmaps, milestones, budgets, dependencies and schedules.
    * Provide strategic and hands-on leadership, driving prioritisation, decisions and escalation while removing blockers across stakeholder groups.
    Workstream Delivery
Oversee coordinated delivery across business continuity, manual workarounds for critical services, technology resilience and disaster recovery, alternative communications and productivity solutions, cross-functional recovery processes, third-party dependencies, governance, assurance and operational readiness.
    Stakeholder Management
    * Build effective relationships with executive stakeholders, technology leaders, operational teams, risk functions and external suppliers.
    * Facilitate decision-making and remove delivery obstacles.
    * Provide clear and concise reporting on programme progress, risks, dependencies and key decisions.
    * Communicate effectively at all levels, from executive steering committees to delivery teams.
    Governance, Risk & Control
Establish robust governance, assurance and reporting, maintaining effective RAID controls across scope, schedule, costs, risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies and benefits.
    Resource & Supplier Management
    * Coordinate internal and external resources across multiple workstreams.
    * Manage third-party suppliers against agreed deliverables, service levels and contractual commitments.
    * Ensure accountability, effective handoffs and strong collaboration across delivery teams.
    * Validate supplier outputs and support successful testing, acceptance and implementation activities.
    Financial & Performance Management
    * Manage programme budgets, forecasts and actual expenditure.
    * Monitor cost, schedule and delivery performance, highlighting material variances and associated recovery actions.
    * Support transparent reporting of programme performance to senior stakeholders.
    * Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, predictability and delivery outcomes.
    Operational Readiness & Change
Ensure resilience solutions are tested, accepted and transitioned into operational use, managing business change impacts so continuity processes and capabilities are embedded across the organisation and support a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
    Experience Required
Applicants should have significant experience delivering complex technology, resilience or transformation programmes in large organisations, with strong capability across governance, scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality and executive stakeholder management.
    * Demonstrable experience operating within multi-vendor and supplier-based delivery environments.
    * Strong understanding of Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Disaster Recovery (DR), Operational Resilience and Technology Resilience frameworks.
    * Experience leading business and technology change initiatives concurrently.
    * Experience applying agile, hybrid and traditional delivery methodologies according to programme needs.
    * Ability to operate confidently in fast-paced and challenging delivery environments.
    * Experience within regulated or professional services environments, ideally leading large-scale business continuity, disaster recovery or operational resilience programmes and transitioning resilience solutions into operations.
